LEGAL NOTICE
Cannabeizein does not in any way infringe on any Right of Publicity or copyright laws. Ras Patience is an artist and a businessman that would never infringe on another artists work or right of publicity. As an artist himself, it would not only be against his moral beliefs but, against his legal responsibility as an artist and businessman as well. This being said, any misconception that his artwork is infringement on anyone's right of publicity is legally described in short below, in particular the California Civil Code Section 990, section (n), (3) directly pertains to the artwork reproduced on items sold on the Cannabeizein website.
